IIILUSIONIST-THE MASTER DETECTIVE

IIIlusionist [253384]
My last adventure led me to discovering a seemingly abandoned building with some rather unusual stuff inside. Upon speculation, what I stumbled upon must be some sort of testing facility for the newly released blood bags. If perhaps the citizens can manage to figure out how to stick a needle into themselves correctly, I see this addition benefiting the city greatly, though I will wait a little longer before passing judgement. The good news is that it has nothing to do with vampires - though if they do indeed exist, I get a feeling Torn will become somewhat of a hot spot for them...

My next adventure started when I was walking along the shores of the city, admiring the rather large collection of private islands and yachts. What I found unusual were the large number of red boats that were docked at the city. I had so many questions already; Why the sudden increase in red boats? Who owned them? Why now?

Naturally I had to investigate - activate detective mode!

I started looking for a pattern and found that all the red boats had a name and number inscribed on them. I ran the numbers and name through the cities citizen database and found that all the boats belonged to either, the city's committee members or law enforcement (also known as staffers). Each boat had the name and citizen ID number of the owner.

I needed more information...I needed to get inside one of these boats.

I began my search and everything seemed normal inside, but my gut told me there was something to find; so I snooped some more. I went into one of the rooms on the lower deck and found something left on a desk. It was a picture of the boat along with the citizens ID, name and an address on the back - my next clue!

The address led me close to the cities "new citizen welcome centre" where, after jumping through of a number of spiked bushes, I came before a building I had never seen before. It seems I might be developing a habit of finding things I am not supposed to.

I managed to take a picture of the sign that hung above the building:

'

Of course I tried to break in...but failed. For a lowly shop; this place was a fortress!

I did, however manage to peek inside the shop and see two things:

1) Placed on a rather grand looking pillow were two gold items, side by side. I really couldn't see enough of it to make out what it was.
2) A wall filled with rectangle images which I am sure I had seen before. I could be wrong, but the city Mayor did have many of the images displayed:

Unfortunately, at this point I was pinned to the floor by the city police who dragged me away while cursing me and my profession.

"Darn reporters!"

Police brutality will be my next topic for sure.
