Data-based update sees wars, chains, and raids listed live on centralised Faction Warfare hub. Dirty Bomb history also made available. Hall of Fame categories expanded by three.
Last night Chedburn announced the release of the Faction Warfare page alongside an expansion to the Hall of Fame. Let's find out what this new page does and who can access it, while also exploring which new categories have been added to the HoF.

FACTION WARFARE

The Faction Warfare page is your one-stop shop for all the latest and historical information regarding organised violence in Torn City. This hub, which can be accessed by clicking the top right link on the Faction or My Faction page, contains individual sections pertaining to Ranked Wars, Territory Wars, Raids, and Chains that have happened or are currently happening in Torn.

Once completed, a full War Report for each Ranked War, Territorial War, Chain, or Raid can be examined by clicking the View link on the right-hand side. These links will not appear for any activities that are in progress, and will only be available once the battle has ceased.

We've also included a formal record for every Dirty Bomb that has been detonated in Torn City going back to 2019. If the bomber has gone public, their name will be available to view in the far right column, otherwise, the bomber's identity will remain anonymous.

You may have noticed that most bombers, even those who have publicly revealed themselves, are presently anonymous. Each bomber must visit the Dirty Bomb page and click to reveal themselves formally if they wish to do so. With regard to players who have been permanently sent to Federal Jail, we are presently discussing whether or not to reveal their identities upon their jailing.

The Faction Warfare page can be accessed by any player, regardless of whether you are part of a faction or not.

HALL OF FAME

In addition to the Faction Warfare panel, we've also added two new faction-based categories to the Hall of Fame, alongside one additional category for solo players.

The first category, Faction Rank, orders factions by their Ranked Warfare Rank and Division. As you can see, Monarch HQ and Natural Selection are the only two factions to have made it to the highest rank of Diamond thus far, with the former earning the honor of being the first to achieve this after beating Natural Selection II in early June.

The second new faction category displays all Faction Chains in order according to their size and duration. PT's dominance of this category is plain for all to see, as not only do they hold the 1st, 2nd, and 4th fastest 50,000 chains in history, they also have two further entries on the first page by virtue of their fastest 25,000 chains too.

The final new Hall of Fame category allows players to see where they rank according to the Total Awards earned, which takes into account how many medals and honor bars a player has achieved. L4suicide is currently our most decorated player with 587 awards, closely followed by Megalomaniacal and Jimmy007 on 583 awards.

Once more, the faction-related Hall of Fame categories can be accessed by all players whether or not you are part of a faction - although they will appear in grey if you aren't affiliated with a faction.
