Faction Focus: Evolution

Frinzell [1776252] — In this week's edition of Faction Focus, we take a look at a young faction who are gaining a reputation for training crack squads of political assassins. The Organised Crime (OC) Political Assassination (PA) is the pinnacle of criminal achievement for any faction. If you can form a team of four outstanding criminals, successful PA's can earn your faction up to $300,000,000 and 300 respect in just over a week. And in addition to a share of the proceeds, the criminals involved also gain valuable crime experience (CE); this CE gain is the highest skill gain presently possible in Torn. Every faction would like to be able to perform this crime successfully on a regular basis, but few manage to do so, and those who do are often older and quite experienced. In Evolution, we are now able to perform 10 or more successful Political Assassinations per week just one year after our formation. In this faction focus article, I, Frinzell, will tell you how we achieved t...

Summer is blazing and the beaches are full of beautiful half-naked people to look at, but here we are - making a crossword. Last week's answer was BATMAN BIN SUPARMAN IS MADE UP NAME. Sadly, I only received two fully-solved crosswords for publication; one was too small and the other was a bit wrong. But fret not dear readers, for I managed to solve my own crossword successfully; thank you to ArttiIsGod for supplying the completed puzzle below. I will reward myself in private later tonight. The next crossword can be found below. Is it a little bit harder? Who knows. Maybe it...

Logistics Firms To Be Nerfed?

sugarvalves [1963573] — With so many Logistics Management companies reporting income levels that would make Jeff Bezos blush, speculation mounts that profits will soon be nerfed. But is this likely? It's just over a month since the Logistics Management company was released, and the official figures say that the 72 firms currently in operation have made a combined total of $67,609,593,118 so far. Company experts have suggested that Logistics firms are massively overpowered right now, and this figure will do little to dissuade them. But are they right? Can we expect to see Logistics Management firms nerfed sometime soon? We spoke to Chedburn and some of the top Logistics company owners to find out. The top Logistics Management company in operation is The Pony Express, a five-star firm owned by Rockem which has an income of $570,900,000 at the time of writing.
