Kelsie's Newbie Parcel Giveaway!

Kelsie [340367] — Find out how Kelsie's newbie giveaway scheme has helped hundreds of new Torn players, and how you can get involved too as a donator or recipient! A little over a year ago my friend Lexa came up with an idea to create a newbie starter pack. Torn's citizens begin their life in the city with nothing but a shack to their name, and while George and the tutorials are there to point you in the right direction of some guns and ammo, there are a few useful items that elude most new players for the first few weeks at least. I thought that Lexa's starter pack of essential items was a great idea, as it would give newbies the best possible chance of surviving and sticking around in Torn City. I tweaked it to include things that would benefit and kickstart a new torn player’s gameplay, and thus, my Newbie Starter Pack Giveaway Thread was born. And now I'm going to tell you how you can get involved! Pictured: A welcome parcel to the friendliest city on the intern...
