This release was moved forward ahead of schedule after a break-in at the Chronicle Archive last night, with local extortionist Jimmy “Two-Shins” reported to have tried and failed to blackmail the authorities into paying him to suppress the records. Torn’s history is shrouded in mystery, with its origins and that of its cultures and customs unknown even to those who live here. A set of City Chronicles was written back in the early 2000s by an unknown group of writers, but their account was later proven fraudulent, with much of Torn’s supposed lore found to have been lift...
